We're on our way, or are we?????

Just phoned enterprise to check that everything is in order and that the vehicle is ready to be collected at 4pm as arranged. The reply was that the vehicle was on its way to them and would then be cleaned. Doesn't sound to good. I have the feeling that a delay is going to happen, despite me calling them last week to tee them up to ensure everything ran smoothly. Will we get off the starting line on time? tune in later to find out.
