Day 2 started well with the sun shining & Alistair wearing the "thong of the day" for almost falling off the cliff at lands end photo shoot! Todays leg was 80-86 miles depending on whose bike computer you used! The sun shone again, but it was cooler. Traffic was busy towards the end of the day & the hills meant todays ride time was around 6 hrs.
J @ J got. The thong of tv day for bad directions and suggesting that there are no more hills! Lunch stop was very swish with coke and sandwiches on a BP forecourt.
Debbie enjoyed a well earned pint of beer after Taunton - the pint was bigger than her and Viv had to help her out. Debbie would like to point out that Dave bought her this & that ladies like her don't drink pints! Looks like Dave will not be buying the drinks from now on!
